Weekly Update - 2024 October 30
Rep Fees
There is an additional association fee for players of the 3 rep teams. This year’s fee is $300.
The fee can be paid using the DRAMHA Registration page on Spordle. ( https://page.spordle.com/deep-river-mha/register ).
Click on “Register Now”, select your player, click “register” button, select “skip the registration selection” and click next , then click the ‘+’ beside Rep Fees to add to your cart and checkout.
Fundraiser
We have a team fundraiser lined up for November 23rd. A Pasta Diner at the Lions Hall.
More details to come. Thanks Courtney for your efforts on this.
We will also have 2 gift baskets to raffle during the dinner (1 at each sitting). Each will have a pair of Lumber King tickets. We need some assistance sourcing items/donations for the baskets, doesn’t need to be too a lot; maybe hockey accessories, sweets..etc. (we cannot do booze).
Our fundraising goes towards offsetting our tournament registration costs.
Tournaments
We have been registered for 2 tournaments;
- Peterborough Lift Locks U11 Tournament (January 10-12)
- Powassan Black and Gold Hawkey Tournament (January 31-February 2)
Hotels have been lined up for both tournaments.
Peterborough: Hampton Inn Peterborough. Please register using group code DRK.
We have 11 rooms on hold for our reservation, rooms not booked by the end of November will be returned to the hotel.
Powassan: Homewood Suites North Bay. There is no group code or rooms on hold. Please book as soon as possible to ensure you get a room.
Timekeepers
Thank you Andrew, Caroline and Patrick for taking the timekeeper training course.

GAME – Saturday Nov. 2 @ 2PM v. Valley Storm (@ Barry’s Bay PYJCC)
PRACTICE – Monday Nov. 4 @ 6PM
