Weekly Update - 2024 October 21
I'll be away this week, so getting the update out a bit early.
Rule of 2
At no time should there be an adult alone in the room, or alone with a player. Adults entering the room should ensure another adult is available to enter with them. Any kids that need to be attended to away from the bench (i.e. injury) will need to be accompanied by 2 coaching staff, or a coaching staff and a parent.
Zero Tolerance
Please respect the officials, other spectators, and players and coaches of all teams. Refs have the right to stop play and wait for the offending person to be removed.
Minimum Attire in dressing room
Players must ensure their bottoms and torsos are covered in the dressing room. Players should either arrive with a baselayer under their clothes, or put on a baselayer in a restroom.
Phones in dressing rooms
All phones must be stored away while in the dressing rooms. DRAMHA permits one phone to play music(coaches are handling music in the room). There are to be no pictures taken in the dressing room. Players unable to adhere to this rule will be required to ensure that their parent hold on to their phones.
24HR rule
If for whatever reason you are upset or frustrated regarding anything related to the team; please take 24hrs, give yourself some time to reflect prior to raising your concern with the Coaches or Manager. If for whatever reason the issue cannot be resolved within the team, there are appropriate channels to escalate further.
